Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and shape the Dashboard surfaces (Tasks, Home, Notifications) within a fintech context. You will drive a multi-phase overhaul, collaborate with design and product teams, and lead strategy, sequencing, and execution from research through GTM.

You will translate data into insights, present tradeoffs to leadership, and maintain a clear point of view amid ambiguity while delivering a cohesive user experience across core surfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Deep design taste that affects product feel and function.
• Track record turning ambiguity into a clear point of view, independently.
• Fluency working with designers as a peer and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to take complex problems end-to-end (research, design, engineering, GTM, stakeholder mgmt) autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes surface and develop a real point of view; start with Tasks, Home, and Notifications.
• Lead a redesign of the homepage; decide what belongs and how it should earn its real estate.
• Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts.
• Partner with Command, agents, and product teams relying on these surfaces.
• Set direction and prioritized roadmap balancing user needs with product team demand.
• Collaborate with design to shape visual and interaction language of core surfaces.
• Operate independently in ambiguity; contribute to multi-phase overhaul of Dashboard experiences.
• Present strategy and tradeoffs to company leadership.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
