Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring a seasoned Principal Product Manager to guide large-scale distributed systems and deliver customer-centric data security solutions. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration across engineering, delivery, R&D, marketing, and sales to drive product value.

You’ll partner with GTM teams to launch products successfully, managing global teams and balancing time-zone flexibility with on-site requirements. This is a high-impact, hybrid position in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex products within a large organization.
• Industry Focus: Preferably experienced in the data security or cloud security market.
• Global Experience: Experience working with global teams and managing products for international markets.
• Flexible approach to working across time zones (US) and occasional international travel.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to deliver products that provide exceptional value.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, delivery, R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Collaboration with Delivery and R&D: Work closely with delivery and R&D teams to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery.
• Go-to-Market Coordination: Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and execute strategies for launching products successfully.
