Insight Global is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmaps for AEC-focused software solutions. The role partners with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executives to bring new capabilities to market and to translate customer needs into actionable product directions.

You will engage directly with customers, industry leaders, and partners to identify opportunities, evaluate trends, and inform prioritization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience leading complex software or technology products.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
• Strong background working with customers and business stakeholders to define product direction.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap initiatives aligned to customer and business priorities.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executives to bring new capabilities to market.
• Engage with customers, industry leaders, and strategic partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
• Translate market needs into product requirements and investment priorities.
• Evaluate competitive trends, customer adoption metrics, and industry developments for roadmap decisions.
• Lead cross-functional discussions on feature prioritization, business value, and go-to-market planning.
• Present product strategy, vision, and roadmap updates to executives and customers.
• Support product launches and adoption initiatives with go-to-market teams.
• Advocate for innovation across infrastructure, engineering, and delivery workflows.
