Job summary
Nesto is Canada's leading mortgage technology company expanding into North American markets. We seek a Salesforce Product Owner to shape the platform experience across sales, mortgage advisory, and operations.
You'll translate business requirements into user stories, own the roadmap, and collaborate with senior Salesforce Developers to drive adoption and KPI-driven improvements in a fintech cloud platform.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of product management experience with direct Salesforce ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud.
- Ability to talk technically with developers and translate business needs into stories.
- Proven data-driven decision making and clear stakeholder communication.
- Active fluency with AI tools in professional work.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce product roadmap from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
- Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for developers.
- Manage backlog and sprint cycles with senior Salesforce developers and engineering teams.
- Drive user adoption and change management; define and track KPIs for features.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and evaluate new capabilities.
