Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation seeks a Lead Technical Product Owner, Salesforce, to lead a team of Salesforce professionals and drive the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

You will partner with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and shape roadmaps while ensuring scalable, secure deployments and adherence to DevOps and Agile best practices in a hybrid work environment that includes GTA/Waterloo offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology product development or enterprise delivery.
• Extensive Salesforce platform experience including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience leading technical teams and architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated platforms.
• Provide leadership to a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical specialists.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive solution design, integration strategy, release planning, and governance across Salesforce and related apps.
• Create and maintain architecture, solution design, and technical documentation for enterprise delivery standards.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to development teams while ensuring best practices.
• Review and implement new Salesforce features to enhance outcomes and user experiences.
• Support enterprise DevOps practices, release management, source control, and deployment methodologies.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and evaluations for scalability and security.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to define roadmaps for large-scale transformations.
