Job summary

Amazon is seeking a product leader to own the long-term vision and strategy for Kindle Unlimited content acquisition. The role involves partnering with data science and finance teams to develop a science-based approach to content valuation and to define our north star vision for vendor manager enablement and automation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong product management track record, comfort with data science and finance concepts, and the ability to influence senior leaders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Experience partnering with data scientists to develop science-based approaches to business decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with science and finance teams to develop science-based solutions to improve investment decisions.
• Voice of the customer for Books vendor managers globally negotiating KU deals.
• Define VM enablement and automation north star vision and product requirements.
• Influence product roadmaps across partner tech, science and finance teams to meet requirements.
• Drive and measure user adoption of products via change management.
