Job summary

PMG is transforming the marketing technology space. As a Product Senior Lead for Alli, you will shape the long-term roadmap for Alli's Creative Insights and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and partners to drive market-ready features.

You will own the strategic product roadmap, collaborate with PMG's Creative and Media teams, and drive AI-driven capabilities, data-informed decisions, and scalable go-to-market strategies for Alli Marketplace, a dual-sided platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in advertising/creative agency or product-focused tech role.
• Experience with customer data, martech data sets, and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience presenting to large audiences; proficient in Keynote/PowerPoint.
• Experience with LLMs and data science modeling.
• End-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Self-motivated with curiosity to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the long-term vision of Alli platform features.
• Lead AI and data-driven tools to enhance marketing performance.
• Own and publish the strategic roadmap and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, partners and customers.
• Define go-to-market strategies for Alli Marketplace.
• Oversee multiple product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
