Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead the Competitive Edge product management within the SaT Global Innovation team. You will oversee the Competitive Edge Platform, new AI use cases, roadmap requirements, release management, and vendor collaboration, aligning with regional and global stakeholders.

You will support client engagement teams, drive product activation, and manage cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

End-to-end product leadership from ideation to launch.
Strong SaT services knowledge and a track record of leveraging AI/automation.
Experience leading client engagements and delivery teams with stakeholder satisfaction.
Change management and adoption of new tools and capabilities.
Effective communication to engage senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
Global mindset with experience across geographies and time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead Competitive Edge product management, roadmap, release management, data and vendor management, and procurement.
Oversee new AI use cases for insights generation and activation of products within SaT.
Support client engagement teams in selling and delivering engagement work.
Drive activation of the products across SaT and alignment across regions.
Perform other responsibilities to achieve agreed performance outcomes.
