Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead the Competitive Edge product management across SaT, guiding the platform roadmap, release management, data and vendor coordination. The role partners with global teams to deliver AI-enabled insights and strategic value for clients.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in professional services, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive activation and adoption of new tools across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product leadership with agile delivery and vendor management.
• Deep SaT services knowledge and a track record of leveraging AI/automation to drive value.
• Proven client engagements and delivery leadership with focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
• Change management and activation/adoption of new tools across diverse teams.
• Strong strategic communication and influence to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Competitive Edge products and AI use cases, manage roadmap, releases, data and vendor management.
• Support client engagement teams in selling and delivering engagements.
• Activate products within SaT and coordinate global alignment across regions.
• Perform other duties to achieve the required performance outcomes.
