Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to join our Business Technology team. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital solutions and work closely with stakeholders and development teams to drive measurable value.

You will lead discovery, translate business needs into actionable requirements, guide agile delivery, and partner with marketing for launches while coaching a high-performing team across functions to deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience managing software products from concept through launch.
Strong knowledge of product management principles and Agile.

Responsibilities

Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to identify needs and translate into requirements.
Collaborate with development teams, participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure quality.
Lead product communications, launches, and adoption with marketing and stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and coordinate cross-functional team to deliver outcomes.
