- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs, opportunities, and product requirements.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories, use cases, and actionable requirements for development teams.
- Monitor product adoption and performance, making roadmap recommendations based on feedback and business objectives.
- Support evaluation of innovative ideas and emerging technologies that advance CDM Smith’s digital capabilities.
