Job summary

As part of the P-8 Configuration Management Team within SEIT, you’ll oversee configuration planning, change control, tracking, and baseline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Level 4: 6+ years of related work experience.
• Level 5: 9+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, analysis, management, and verification of baselines for complex products.
• Guide cross-functional teams to drive project success in an integrated product team.
• Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and suppliers to support data management needs.
• Manage change/configuration and engineering data management processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to support data processing and reporting.
• Apply knowledge of Government Standards such as DFARs 252.211-7003, MIL-STD-129, MIL-STD-130.
• Use DCAC/PDM, IPDM, MESci, BUS, and CSDT tools.
• Tackle new technical challenges and expand expertise.
• Interface with executive leadership team for updates and decisions.
