PLS Logistics Service is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to identify, evaluate, and launch innovative product opportunities that drive strategic growth. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal to assess desirability, feasibility, and viability from idea through launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience managing products in financial services.
• Experience leading product development end to end.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop metrics to analyze product data and revenue projections.
• Exceptional presentation skills and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new product, service, and customer opportunities aligned with strategy.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to uncover growth.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of innovation concepts and opportunities.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and cross-functional workshops.
• Lead customer discovery to understand unmet needs and differentiation opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and concept testing.
• Build business cases with size, revenue, cost, pricing, and profitability.
• Lead pilots, prototypes, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Legal, Compliance, and Finance on implementation risks.
• Support go-to-market planning and launch readiness.
• Track product performance and optimize for growth.
