Job summary

Audley Travel in Boston seeks a Senior Product Executive to shape travel experiences in the region, working with the Regional Product Manager to develop a compelling range and maintain engaging content.

You will coordinate supplier relationships, tenders, and training sessions for the sales team, while ensuring high standards of quality and ESG compliance across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Development: Work closely with suppliers to build a high-quality, differentiated product range.
  • Identify Opportunities & Gaps: Collaborate with sales teams to track performance, spot gaps, and strengthen the product offering across markets.
  • Build Strong Supplier Partnerships: Support supplier relationships, assist with tenders and contracts, and contribute to performance reviews.
  • Champion Quality & Compliance: Ensure all product meets Audley’s high standards, including Health & Safety and ESG requirements.
  • Drive Service Excellence: Act on feedback to maintain accurate, high-quality product information and improve customer experience.
  • Support Sales Success: Provide proactive product guidance, manage helpdesk queries, and deliver training to empower sales teams.
  • Coordinate Learning & Experiences: Organise training initiatives and familiarisation trips for insights sharing.
  • Maintain Product Content: Keep product content up to date across platforms to support marketing and PR.

Join Audley Travel as a Senior Product Executive and play a key role in shaping inspiring travel experiences across your region.

Working closely with the Regional Product Manager, you’ll support the development of a compelling product range, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery for both clients and sales teams. From maintaining accurate, engaging content to delivering training and support, you’ll help bring our destinations to life and drive outstanding performance.

Role Highlights
  • Support Product Development: Work closely with suppliers to build a high-quality, differentiated product range, while staying up to date with competitor offerings and industry trends
  • Identify Opportunities & Gaps: Collaborate with sales teams to track performance, spot gaps, and strengthen the overall product offering across markets
  • Build Strong Supplier Partnerships: Support the development of key supplier relationships, assist with tenders and contracts, and contribute to regular performance reviews and trade engagement

  • Maintain Product Content: Keep product, systems, and web content up to date, ensuring accuracy across all platforms and supporting marketing and PR activity
It Would be Great If
  • You have travel industry experience, with knowledge of New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands region being desirable
  • You’re a confident, collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships and values different perspectives
  • You take a practical, thoughtful approach to improving product, with a focus on commercial success and customer experience
  • You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • You stay up to date with industry trends and are passionate about continuous learning
What's In It For You
  • This role is located in our Boston, MA office in the North End
  • Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000
  • 90-100% coverage of insurance premiums
