You will bridge onboard and back-office engineering with product management and validation to evolve technologies that meet customer and business needs. The role requires coordinating across machine, site, and cloud solutions, delivering measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team for the Productivity portfolio (Surface, Payload, Operator).
• Define team direction, priorities, and execution aligned with roadmaps and business goals.
• Drive integration across onboard and offboard systems (machine, site, cloud).
• Partner with engineering teams to shape and prioritize enhancements.
• Ensure capabilities meet customer needs and deliver productivity improvements.
• Define and track success metrics to measure productivity outcomes.
• Identify capability gaps and lead future investments.
• Establish best practices for capability definition, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align and deliver integrated solutions.
