Job summary

Bradshaw Home, a national housewares provider, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Engineering to lead our engineering team in designing and producing kitchenware and cleaning products. The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and hands-on expertise in CAD (SolidWorks preferred), stress analyses, and plastics engineering.

You will oversee cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Industrial Design, Marketing, and Manufacturing, manage timelines and budgets, ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams in consumer goods is preferred.
• Experience with CAD/SolidWorks and stress analyses.
• Plastics engineering and design experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team.
• Drive development of new kitchenware and cleaning products with high engineering excellence.
• Utilize CAD/SolidWorks to create and refine product designs.
• Direct stress analyses to ensure durability and safety.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Industrial Design, Marketing and Manufacturing.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to production and launch.
• Support VAVE efforts to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
