The role requires strong SolidWorks proficiency, ability to create detailed drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of advanced SolidWorks experience, including parametric modeling and drawing creation.
• Strong ability to create and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and improvement of products using SolidWorks and related tools.
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and product specifications; maintain BOMs and manufacturing docs.
• Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and testing to validate designs and ensure performance requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve production issues and improve manufacturability and cost.
