Job summary

Bear Cat Mfg., Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to join our Wickenburg, AZ team. You will design new products, validate concepts, and support manufacturing to optimize cost and performance.

You will create 3D models, drawings, and BOMs in SolidWorks and lead multiple engineering projects, collaborating with production to resolve shop-floor issues and improve reliability and safety of products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with strong mechanical skills.
• 5+ years SolidWorks experience (parametric modeling, assemblies).
• Experience with machining, welding, sheet metal, inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Design new products and improve existing equipment.
• Create 3D models, drawings, and BOMs in SolidWorks.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost.
