You will engage with customers and internal teams to deliver robust solutions, presenting analyses and recommendations clearly while operating in cleanroom labs and semiconductor fabs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent.
• Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
• Supports product development from prototyping through deployment and initial field support.
• Design and conduct experiments and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems.
• Present analysis and support technical recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product specification and development.
• Provide technical support for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and debugging of complex product issues.
• Maintain high customer engagement, including travel up to 25% of the time.
• Work in cleanroom labs and customer semiconductor fab environments.
