Job summary

Cosuno is seeking a skilled engineer to own features from problem to shipped product in a platform used by construction professionals. You will work across backend, API and frontend, shaping data models, services and interfaces with a design-system-driven approach.

You’ll design scalable architectures, maintain high reliability, and focus on UX while collaborating with Product, Design and Data. This role supports 100% remote work or Berlin office with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proficient in TypeScript, React and Node; able to ship full-stack features end-to-end.
• Experience designing data models, APIs and services with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Ability to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces and decisions without detailed specs.
• Strong product mindset and comfort with ambiguity; drive features from problem to production.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from problem to production across backend, API and frontend.
• Solve complex backend problems involving large data and scalable architectures.
• Make product decisions and define acceptance criteria for shipped features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Data to translate problems into shipped features.
• Shape the codebase by architecting modular packages in a monorepo.
• Communicate clearly in English with stakeholders and teammates.
