Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Several years of software, product, or quality engineering experience.
• Experience delivering production‑quality solutions for complex technical problems.
• Strong QA mindset covering edge cases, regression risk, and solution validation.
• Experience with automated or manual testing, defect prevention, or release validation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer and product problems, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence.
• Design, build, test, release, and support reliable Paragon TMS software.
• Anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and regression risks throughout development.
• Create tests, test data, validation approaches, and appropriate acceptance criteria.
• Communicate risks, defects, test results, tradeoffs, and progress clearly.
