Job summary
Aptean is seeking a Director of Product Engineering to lead the Paragon TMS team in Alpharetta, GA. You will set the technical direction, develop engineering talent, and foster an execution culture anchored in customer impact and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Progressive experience leading software product engineering teams.
- Experience with people leadership, technical strategy, and delivery ownership.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally in a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication, judgment, initiative, and execution discipline.
Responsibilities
- Set engineering strategy, architecture direction, delivery standards, and priorities for Paragon TMS
- Lead, coach, and develop engineering managers and engineers
- Partner with product and customer-facing teams to understand customer problems
- Manage engineering capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
- Champion reliability, maintainability, technical excellence, and recurring-issue reduction
