Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in product/process/quality engineering in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with NPI, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and design transfer activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute structured problem-solving (DSMS, PSP, A3, 5 Whys) to resolve issues and ensure timely containment and corrective actions.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support New Product Introduction (NPI) through design transfer, process characterization, validation, and readiness reviews.
• Own or support raw material change management, including risk analysis and validation/verification planning to ensure compliance and product performance.
• Analyze process and quality data using DBS tools to monitor capability, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in yield and cycle time.
• Drive and support change control processes (ECO/ECR) with proper documentation and cross-functional alignment in a regulated environment.
