Glen is seeking a Staff/Senior Product Engineer to lead and support the full product lifecycle—from concept through design, testing, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. You will translate customer and business needs into practical engineering solutions and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• Progressive engineering experience in product development, design, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience supporting products through full development and lifecycle processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and improvement of new and existing products.
• Translate customer, market, and business requirements into engineering specifications.
• Develop product concepts, designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost throughout the lifecycle.
• Support testing, validation, design verification, and transitions to production.
