Docebo, an AI-powered learning platform, is reshaping how teams learn with intelligent, time-saving tools. As a Senior Product Engineer I, you will join an Integration team to design and deploy world-class SaaS solutions, pushing EdTech boundaries with Near Zero Handovers and strong autonomy.

You’ll work on Node.js, Serverless, and Angular, collaborating across Product, Design, and Testing to deliver impactful features and robust architecture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack software development experience shipping SaaS products end-to-end.
• Advanced proficiency with Node.js and Angular and Serverless architecture.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Originate ideas from user conversations, analytics, and strategy; build MVPs, ship to production, iterate.
• Lead design, development, and scaling of full-stack applications across the stack.
• Talk directly to users, participate in support rotations, and use analytics to inform decisions.
• Instrument features, run experiments, define success metrics, and use data to decide what to build or deprecate.
• Use Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc., to accelerate development as a multiplier.
• Champion CI/CD practices and ensure fast, safe deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Testing to deliver outcomes; mentor engineers.

As a Senior Product Engineer I at Docebo, you aren\'t just writing code; you are the architect of a world-class SaaS platform that empowers millions to learn and grow. We build modern, scalable, and resilient products. Our ecosystem is diverse, and we believe in leveraging the best tools for the job. In this role, your day-to-day will be mainly focused on Node.js, Serverless and Angular. Here is a snapshot of our technology stack:

• Core Backend: We power our services using PHP, Node.js (TypeScript), and Golang. We are also embracing Serverless architecture, leveraging it specifically for our newest modules and features to ensure maximum scalability and speed of innovation.
• Frontend Ecosystem: Angular is our main framework for web applications, though some of our cross-functional teams build components using React.
• Mobile Development: We deliver high-quality cross-platform mobile experiences powered entirely by React Native.
• Cloud & DevOps: Our entire infrastructure is fully cloud-native and hosted on AWS.

What You\'ll Do

• Originate ideas from user conversations, analytics, and company strategy. Build MVPs, ship to production, iterate on feedback, and ensure ongoing success.
• Lead the design, development, and scaling of full-stack applications across the company\'s stack, shaping architecture decisions along the way.
• Talk directly to users, participate in support rotations, and use product analytics and observability tools to understand how features are actually being used.
• Instrument features, run experiments and A/B tests, define success metrics, and use data to decide what to build, improve, or deprecate.
• Use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other AI-assisted development workflows as a core part of how you work — not as an experiment, but as a multiplier that lets you ship 10x faster.
• Champion CI/CD practices, evolve development workflows, and ensure deployment is fast, safe, and reliable.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Testing to break down complex problems and deliver great outcomes — while driving product decisions independently when appropriate.
• Coach developers on technical challenges and product thinking, helping them grow into stronger engineers.

What We\'re Looking For

• 4 + years of experience in full-stack software development, with a track record of building and shipping SaaS products end-to-end.
• Advanced proficiency across the full stack with Node.js and Angular and Serverless architecture.
• Fluent in AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) and able to use them daily to dramatically accelerate output.
• Experience using product analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and comfort with experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing.
• Strong CI/CD experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Kubernetes), and observability practices.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and make sound product and technical decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience mentoring developers and collaborating effectively across disciplines.
• Strong communication skills — able to talk directly to customers and translate their needs into technical solutions.
