As a Junior Cloud Engineer at Docebo, you won’t just keep systems running—you'll collaborate with seasoned mentors to automate, secure, and scale our multi-tenant AWS cloud environments. You will play a vital role in keeping our platforms robust, compliant, and rock-solid for millions of users worldwide. The Day-to-Day
  • Build the Foundation: Implement defined AWS compute, storage, networking, and IAM changes alongside senior engineers using best-in-class multi-tenant patterns.

  • Automate Everything: Craft and refine Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) modules and scripts to streamline routine provisioning, maintenance, and backups.

  • Master Observability: Configure dynamic dashboards and alerts in tools like Datadog and CloudWatch to keep a proactive finger on overall system health.

  • Troubleshoot & Resolve: Dive into non-production environments to investigate issues, analyze logs and metrics, apply targeted fixes, and elevate complex puzzles when needed.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Product Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to translate requirements into smooth cloud changes.

  • Guard the Castle: Support critical FedRAMP system patching routines, monitor security compliance dashboards, and take swift action to resolve vulnerabilities.

  • Document for Success: Create clear runbooks, configuration updates, and script documentation so the entire team can easily reuse and build upon your work.

Your Superpowers
  • Solid Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent hands‑on project experience.

  • Early Cloud Craft: 1–2 years of experience or project work in cloud or infrastructure engineering, with exposure to AWS (or another major cloud provider).

  • Tooling & Scripting Chops: Comfort navigating Linux, writing scripts in Bash or Python, and managing code using Git alongside CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins.

  • Incurable Curiosity: A high interest in modern containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Growth Mindset: A strong problem‑solving approach paired with an enthusiastic drive to continually elevate your cloud engineering skills.
