Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally on small, high-impact B2B teams.
• Strong technical fundamentals across modern backend and frontend systems.
• Systems thinking including API design, data modeling, and reliability.
• Product mindset with good judgment around tradeoffs.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and self-direction.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve core infrastructure for Quanta’s accounting and finance platform in production.
• Design end-to-end systems with predictable behavior as customers and scale grow.
• Model how businesses actually work with accountants and engineers.
• Own problems from discovery to shipped solutions across internal workflows.
• Design modular systems with guardrails to ensure data integrity and stability.
• Leverage AI as a force multiplier within the platform.
