FleetWorks is building a modern, intelligent freight marketplace in the U.S. We are a small, high-agency team operating from our SOMA office. As an early engineer, you will own features end to end, interact directly with customers, and help shape our culture.

You will work on end-to-end development, make product decisions, ship new work daily, and learn from peers while teaching others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional experience owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products.
• Comfort working in a high-ownership team with founders and customers.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and teach others.
