Job summary

Tari Labs, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Engineer for our Data Platform team. You’ll own end-to-end user experiences at the intersection of product thinking and full-stack engineering, shaping problems through shipping polished interfaces backed by robust services.

The role is frontend-forward but spans the stack, from desktop apps to web frontends and backend services. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering, strong React and TypeScript skills, and a track record optimizing

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience in frontend and full-stack product engineering.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with frontend performance optimization.
Experience across the full stack: UI, API, and backend services.
Go and/or Python backend experience.
Fluency with modern tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
Ability to break large scopes into shipable increments.
Experience building UIs for security-sensitive domains (identity, access control).
Strong product instinct and user-focused thinking.
US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

Own complex features from problem definition through delivery, shaping scope and tradeoffs.
Design and build rich, performant user experiences for identity, security, and data access workflows.
Thread multi-step user flows to feel coherent across deep systems.
Build and maintain frontend and backend services powering these experiences.
Apply a security-minded approach to authentication, authorization, and data classification.
Champion frontend performance and bundle optimization.
Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate iteration and raise quality.
Contribute to a data studio experience that surfaces platform data to users.
Collaborate with platform, integrations, and infra teams for clear interfaces.
Participate in design reviews and influence technical direction.
Write high-quality, well-tested code with reliability and accessibility.
