Job summary

Zipliens is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own technically complex product initiatives from problem definition through release. You will combine product ownership with engineering depth to design and build features that accelerate lien resolution for personal injury law firms.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll take ambiguous problems, define scope, and drive prototypes through beta to full release, coordinating with product design, customer success, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of features from concept to production.
• Experience collaborating with users or stakeholders to define requirements and delivery.
• Hands-on with modern web stack including Python/Django and JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product initiatives from discovery through release with clear acceptance criteria.
• Build workflow-driven, multi-step features with complex data flows and AI integrations.
• Collaborate across business units to align roadmap with customer needs and success metrics.
• Participate in architectural decisions and handoffs between product owner and engineering.
