Job summary

Conveo is hiring a Senior Product Engineer in New York City. You will own the full stack from interface to infrastructure, shaping product direction and delivering polished features end-to-end, including AI-powered components built on LLM APIs.

You’ll collaborate with a small team to influence product decisions, ship high-quality code, and engage with customers in weekly calls to align on software direction. Strong TypeScript/React skills and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building full-stack applications with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong backend experience: APIs, PostgreSQL, asynchronous workflows.
• Solid frontend skills with React.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience building AI-driven applications and working with LLMs is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to launch with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack from interface to infrastructure.
• Lead frontend architecture in React and TypeScript, ensure component quality and performance.
• Design APIs and ship features end-to-end including AI-powered components.
• Engage in customer conversations, translate feedback into product decisions.
• Apply AI to reasoning, building, reviewing, and testing across all stages.
