Job summary

Albert Bow is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to build an intelligent organizational memory platform enabling AI agents to reason over enterprise data. You’ll own high-impact product initiatives with autonomy and work directly with founders in a small engineering team.

We’re looking for a product-minded backend generalist, hands-on with Python and LLM/agentic AI systems, capable of translating customer needs into reliable features and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

Senior Product Engineer — Python & Agentic AI

Periodic travel to San Francisco or Toronto

A well-capitalized, early-stage AI startup is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to build an intelligent organizational memory platform that enables AI agents to reason over large, complex and fragmented enterprise data.

The company recently raised a $5M seed round from leading Silicon Valley investors and is already working with enterprise design partners ranging from hundreds to thousands of employees. You’ll join a small engineering team and work directly with the founders, owning high-impact product initiatives with substantial autonomy.

This is not a traditional infrastructure-only position. We’re looking for a product-minded backend generalist who can translate customer needs into reliable AI-powered features, make architectural decisions and ship complete solutions without extensive oversight.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Ability to operate independently in a small, high-trust team.
• Comfortable contributing beyond pure backend or infrastructure work.
• Located in the United States or Canada and able to travel periodically to San Francisco or Toronto.

• Founder, founding engineer or early-employee experience.

• Data ingestion or knowledge-management platforms.
• Active use of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience using AI evaluations, observability and guardrails to improve agent reliability.
