ClassDojo is seeking a Product Engineer to join its team. This role involves building features that will be used by millions of students, teachers, and parents. You will be optimizing the product through A/B testing, collaborating with teams effectively, and maintaining a high-quality engineering culture focused on education. ClassDojo's goal is to give every child on Earth an education they love.
We started by building a powerful network for communication. ClassDojo’s flagship app is the #1 communication app connecting K-12 teachers, children, and families globally. Teachers use it to share what’s happening throughout the day through photos, videos, and messages that make parents feel like they’re there. As a product engineer at ClassDojo, you'll work across the stack to build features and launch experiments that unlock opportunities and drive growth. You’ll work on production code from day one in a pair programming environment, deploy often, move quickly, and have your work used by millions of students, teachers, and parents around the world every day. We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
