About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Care Navigations team and help us revolutionize how people find top doctors in their area. You will work closely with a team of talented product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers, contributing to a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver across the tech stack and be eager to learn and apply new techniques and technologies. You will be responsible for leading projects and building features end-to-end to significantly improve our provider search and recommendation experience, ensuring our users can easily connect with the best healthcare providers for their needs.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and launch new features and improve the overall quality of the Garner app
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand our users and iterate on new ideas
• Protect our users' privacy and security through secure coding practices
• Support the Garner app in production

What you will bring to the team:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack software
• Expertise in TypeScript or modern JavaScript
• Familiarity with React, NodeJS, Docker, and a major cloud provider
• Experience with one or more database systems, especially PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
• Experience working in an agile team and fluency with agile methodologies

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000. Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for equity incentives and benefits including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more.
