Harnham in San Francisco seeks a Senior Product Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered products for enterprise clients. You will own features from idea through production, engaging with customers to translate needs into impactful software solutions.
You will work across frontend and backend, shaping architecture, reliability, and performance while collaborating closely with customers and leadership.
A rapidly growing, venture-backed AI software company is transforming how a critical segment of the insurance industry operates.
Insurance brokers serve as the operational backbone of a $1.5 trillion market, yet many core processes remain manual, time-consuming, and dependent on repetitive administrative work.
Significant time is spent entering information across systems, reviewing documents, processing policy data, and completing operational tasks that add little strategic value.
An AI-powered platform is changing that reality. Enterprise customers leverage the platform to automate high-volume workflows, reduce operational costs, improve accuracy, and enable client-facing teams to focus on higher-value work. Strong customer adoption, meaningful revenue growth, and recent funding have positioned the organization for its next stage of expansion.
The engineering team operates with a high degree of ownership, moving quickly from concept to production while working directly with customers to solve meaningful business problems.
The Senior Product Engineer will play a critical role in building, launching, and scaling AI-powered products used by leading insurance organizations.
Success in this role requires a combination of strong software engineering fundamentals, product intuition, and the ability to operate across the full product lifecycle. Ownership extends beyond implementation and includes problem definition, solution design, customer feedback, iteration, and long-term platform scalability.
Direct exposure to customers, rapid shipping cycles, and visible product impact create an environment where engineers can influence both technical direction and business outcomes.
Regular in-person collaboration is a core part of the company's operating model. Team members are expected to work from the San Francisco office five days per week.
Candidates must possess unrestricted and permanent authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future.
