This Senior Product Engineer will be an experienced professional with the ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.Success as a Senior Product Engineer will be self-motivated, need little day-to-day direction after alignment of expectations and responsibilities, work effectively within a team, and have expertise around associated business processes and product development workflows.**Responsibilities:*** Serve as factory point of contact for advanced troubleshooting of issues at customer sites; coordinate resolution with cross-functional team* Ensure customer requirements are well documented and delivered to meet expectations* Provide information to field teams and customers regarding tool operation needs (power, chemicals, water, etc.)* Ensure customer specifications are well understood by the TMEA community* Drive compliance for all engineering change orders* Drafting engineering requirements for new feature requests from the customer that enable improvements to system performance to meet stringent customer specifications**Qualifications:**Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 8+ years of professional Engineering experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of professional Engineering experience.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Specific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment. Experience with gas-cluster ion beam and / or ion implantation technology and etch is a plus* Proven experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem-solving techniques* Proficiency in project planning software. Experience with Monday.com is a plus* Certified Project Management Professional is a plus* **This role would reside in the US for approximately one year (Chelmsford or Chaska with best learning opportunity in Chelmsford) and then spend ~ 2 years on an international ex-pat assignment in Korea.*** Engaging communication skills, both written and verbal* Strong organizational and management skills and an analytical thinker**Physical Requirements:**Job duties are performed in an office setting or in a clean room environment.
