We are developing an internal product leveraging cutting-edge AI technology. This position will lead product development at a seed stage, requiring an ambitious individual who takes initiative and can build a development practice from scratch. Experience at a seed-stage company is a plus.

About the Role

We seek a passionate and experienced full-stack engineer to build our infrastructure and internal tooling during a critical growth phase. The ideal candidate can transition seamlessly from architecting knowledge-graph-augmented, LLM-driven APIs to refining frontend interfaces. As one of the initial engineering hires, you will own rapid prototyping, iterative delivery in pre-product-market-fit environments, and translating scientific PoCs into production systems. Senior Product Engineer Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python
• Strong proficiency with Git workflow and code review discipline
• 5+ years of experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL)
• 2+ years’ experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Memgraph, Amazon Neptune, OpenCypher)
• Proficiency with graph-augmented and vector-based retrieval pipelines
• Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration of third-party (OpenAI API, LangChain) and self-hosted LLMs (Ollama, vLLM, HuggingFace)
• Experience with sprint planning, task breakdown, and prioritization
• Enjoy mentoring and helping others succeed
• Experience leading technical teams is a plus
• Knowledge of containerization, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code is a plus
