Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature launches from early product context to GA.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling user value.
• Build and evolve product education system (docs, guides, videos, in-product education).
• Identify confusion, friction, and adoption gaps.
• Create high-quality, hands-on content that users want to read/watch.
• Drive clarity, consistency, and opinionated education across all surfaces.
• Raise the bar for how technical AI products are taught and understood.
• Partner with Design, Growth, and Content teams.
