Vizient seeks a seasoned product leader to drive strategy, vision, development, and lifecycle management for Vizient Reserve and interconnected product solutions. You will translate client needs and market insights into roadmaps and enhancements that deliver differentiated value.

You will partner with leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to bring new capabilities to market, optimize existing solutions, and align with broader portfolio strategies.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading product strategy or development of complex technology-enabled products.
• Ability to translate client, market, and business needs into product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with application development, technology, agile, sales, and marketing.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking using client insights and performance data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across highly complex, interconnected products.
• Conduct discovery to translate insights into product requirements, priorities, personas, journeys, and use cases.
• Develop value propositions, positioning, and portfolio plans with sales and marketing.
• Lead development and enhancement planning with engineering and agile teams.
• Manage launches and releases with cross-functional coordination.
• Lead discovery, testing, and validation to ensure business outcomes.
• Assess portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for investments and partnerships.
• Serve as primary product contact for internal clients with demonstrations and guidance.
