Job summary

Fidelity Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and evolve the next generation of the employee digital enrollment experience. You will lead the Benefits Enrollment and Intelligence Product Area, partnering with Technology, Design, Research, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include shaping strategy, prioritizing the backlog, delivering scalable digital solutions, and driving data-informed decisions to improve enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 7–10+ years of experience in financial services, health, or benefits-related domains.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally within benefits enrollment or related experiences.
• Shown expertise in product positioning, product development, product strategy, and strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate the vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap for benefits enrollment experiences and decision-support capabilities aligned to business goals and key results.
• Deliver intuitive and engaging digital solutions that help employees navigate enrollment and make confident health and financial benefits decisions.
• Translate strategic goals into a well-defined and prioritized product backlog, including user needs, business value, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Technology, UX Design, Research, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, adherent solutions.
• Drive continuous product discovery using customer research, data insights, and experimentation to improve enrollment outcomes.
