Overview

This Senior Product & Digital Business Implementation Manager will be part of the Commercial Digital group within Silicon Valley Bank/First Citizens Bank's Enterprise Digital organization.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain net feature/migration readiness items.
• Coordinate working sessions across stakeholders, including our Strategic Activation and Alignment team, and follow up to ensure timely deliverables.
• Collect and reconcile data from Data Analytics, Product, and other partners to support readiness activities and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate and update impacted business teams’ processes.
• Manage status reporting on business initiatives and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate readiness risks impacting migration or new features.
• Act as an advocate for all business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive and ensure completion of post-launch activities, including lessons learned.
• Facilitate routines such as Product and BIM Discussions and Extended Team meetings, including publishing notes and recaps.
• Maintain and manage project trackers, including timelines and activities for migrations and new features.
• Update risks, issues, and decision logs affecting migrations and features.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meeting notes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience. Current or prior experience as a contractor/contingent worker for First Citizens Bank or its subsidiaries is required.
