Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Product Development Specialist focusing on aerospace adhesives, responsible for developing new products and platforms to enhance our portfolio, support market growth and strengthen competitive positioning.

You will collaborate across R&D, manufacturing and external partners to deliver innovative technologies, contribute to IP strategies, and help integrate new manufacturing capabilities, with on-site work in Maplewood, MN and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
• 10+ years in product development, process engineering, or laboratory research in private, public, government, or military sectors.
