• 5+ years of progressive technical product development experience in dietary supplements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical product development and formulation from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee manufacturing scale-up and technical transfer to production.
• Manage external partners and suppliers for development activities.
• Ensure sensory quality, stability, and product performance.
