Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives from conception through commercialization. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects, set clear objectives, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with our product portfolio and development processes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills, with experience launching products to market and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred or 5+ years in PM.
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple engineering initiatives from scope to delivery.
• Develop project charters, schedules, and risk plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor members.
• Engage stakeholders and present updates to executives.
• Ensure quality and process improvements in NPD.
