Deli Star Corp. is seeking a Senior Product Development Leader to drive commercialization and scale-up of Fresh Sous Vide products.

You will guide trials, test process assumptions, and lead cross-functional teams to translate design intent into repeatable manufacturing at commercial scale. This hands-on role requires meat processing expertise, HACCP knowledge, and strong leadership to ensure a safe, sanitary Pilot Plant and a successful handoff to Manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Animal Science, Food Engineering or related discipline.
• Seven+ years of food product development, process development, or commercialization with independent technical leadership.
• Hands-on meat and protein processing experience with plant-scale commercialization.
• Strong understanding of protein functionality, thermal processing, equipment, yield and refrigerated product quality.
• Experience planning plant trials using structured experiments, data, and documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead development trials and initial plant-scale production trials for core product improvements.
• Translate approved product and process designs into scalable manufacturing methods for proteins and prepared foods.
• Apply meat science expertise and processing know-how to improve yield and product performance.
• Design disciplined trials with objectives, variables, controls, and sampling plans.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during trials and resolve scale-up risks with data.
