Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with several years of experience in design, merchandising, or marketing.
• Track record of delivering successful product lines in Toys, Children’s Home, Textile, or high-SKU retail environments.
• Strong product development capability from concept to commercially viable products at scale.
• Sharp trend and taste level; ability to translate market signals into cohesive assortments.
• Experience with materials and product construction, including textiles, wood, plastics, and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and delivery of trend-forward seasonal assortments for Toys & Backyard Recreation.
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through execution and shelf.
• Introduce new ideas, materials, and storytelling to drive member excitement, sales, and category growth.
• Translate global inspiration and customer insights into seasonal themes and directions.
• Identify risks and solve production challenges to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to align materials, finishes, and details with a cohesive vision.
• Lead alignment across sourcing, merchandising, design, and insights teams.
• Identify opportunities to evolve or replace legacy products with radical newness.
• Use performance metrics and trend analysis to improve product outcomes.
• Mentor associates and build a high-performing team for fast, high-quality execution.
