Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full jewelry production process—from sampling and sourcing to quality control and delivery.
• Translate creative ideas and concepts into viable, high-quality samples; advise on materials and cost efficiencies.
• Uphold consistency in quality and craftsmanship across all jewelry categories and maintain production documentation.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure cost transparency across projects.
• Foster collaboration across design, operations, marketing and other teams to support growth.
