Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD/CAE in product development.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA and APQP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as engineering liaison between customer teams and internal business units and manufacturing teams.
• Lead development projects by directing the Product Design & CAE staff in day-to-day efforts.
• Develop DVP&R and DFMEA and share during PFMEA development meetings.
• Identify data transfers and ensure data quality for assigned projects.
• Oversee prototype builds and support production launches.
• Mentor and coach junior Product Development Engineers.
