Medical Device Recruiters Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer for electromechanical surgical products.

This on-site role entails ownership across the full lifecycle—from concept through launch—working with engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, product management, and clinical teams. You will lead development, design electromechanical components, prototype, test, and troubleshoot while ensuring manufacturability and product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO requirements.

Senior Product Development Engineer – Electromechanical Surgical products

An established global medical device company is looking for a Senior Product Development Engineer to help develop the next generation of electromechanical surgical products used predominantly in orthopedic surgical procedures.

This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership across the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and launch.

You’ll work on electromechanical systems, design optimization, testing, and new product development, while collaborating closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Product Management, and clinical teams.

You can expect to:
