Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Senior PD Coordinator to drive development and improve processes during development phases, ensuring seasonal timing and delivery. You will support design’s needs, collaborate on sourcing strategy, and mentor team members while coordinating with the Sr.

Category Manager on development blueprints and calendars. You will analyze material, price, and delivery issues and work across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand goals and cost targets,

Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience in apparel product development and/or production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adhere to development calendars.
• Manage supplier base for corporate & brand perspective; review and analyze factory development charts and resources.
• Receive, analyze and manage brand line plans for business and product needs.
• Collaborate on brand calendar and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Develop and manage raw materials and pre-style development including costings, fabrics, trims and prints.
• Prepare for Sketch Review and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver design vision at target price point.
• Provide direction to cross-functional team on information, costs, line plan adherence, and next steps.
